I am a new urban author of the book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. This is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. In my book I provide a road map on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America. I also wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money, in order to offer incentives to thirty talented individuals within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do in Urban America to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting my organization up and running. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a private for profit service base business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. This organization is to assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families, who reside in the inner cities of Chicago, eventually in 25 other cities in America. Once we’re established in 25 cities within 25 states I plan on expanding my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

Finally, I wrote my book to spread my vision beyond cyberspace in hopes of reaching reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who will work with me in eliminating racial disparities in healthcare, housing, education, and economic parity, so that we can create a society that truly provides opportunity for all. The heart of my organization is Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will pick up where Dr. King left off “The Poor People’s March” was a 1968 effort to gain economic justice for poor people in the United States. It was organized by Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and carried out in the wake of King’s assassination. They demanded economic and human rights for poor Blacks, poor Hispanics, poor Native Americans, and poor Whites.  GRCAM will grow a national grassroots movement that will challenge this out-of-control corporate influence in our democracy. Our clients and members will understand the importance of principles over traditional political parties, and we will not be afraid to speak truth to power about corporations influence over our government and our economy. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships/grants, nonprofit grants; small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. (New Movement In Black America)

Half a century later after Dr. King’s assassination, our people must continue to push for social justice and equality; anything less will be a disservice to the memory of this great leader and all those that paved the way 50 years ago.  Today the Civil Rights Movement has been hijacked by the gay rights movement.  Gay issues are based on sexual preference. They are gaining more legal rights then we are. Women Rights are also benefiting more from affirmative action then black men and black women. The George Zimmerman trial is evident that we as black people have not fully arrived in achieving the America Dream. In contrast, Marissa Alexander was convicted as a domestic violence survivor eight days after giving birth to her baby. She was not allowed to use Stand Your Ground Legislation. She sits in prison with a 20 year sentence.  The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will pick up where Dr. King left off “The Poor People’s March” was a 1968 effort to gain economic justice for poor people in the United States. In order to this movement to start I need concerned citizens who are tired of the same ole rhetoric by career politicians or community organizers to read my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition.  We believe in liberty and justice for ALL and not just for a few. Today, we face fewer available jobs for our youth, too much gun violence, and an increase of school-to-prison pipeline. Rather than persuading the financial elites, our focus is on using social media to spread my vision and promoting my book in order to gain capital to offer incentives to those who will join my team. In time we will train and hire our future clients and members to put on live performance to transform hearts and minds, and we will partner with celebrities to spread vision.  It’s my goal to someday to become a best-selling author.

I believe that the economy is not broken but rather it was never designed to help the poor in the first place.  In my book I provide in depth research into economics and ecological science that reveals many of our mis guided assumptions about the economy. These flawed assumptions have guided the decisions of business leaders and politicians in both parties for decades, with disastrous results. To reinvent the American dream we must jettison the 19th century economic ideas and 20th century policy proposals that have failed us for years.  The American dream  was founded on a belief that anyone can have a better life for themselves through hard work. Though the reality often fell short, that single idea inspired generations of Americans. By speaking truth to power and bearing witness against injustice, reformers throughout our history have transformed the core values and beliefs of the American people. Only then, after the cultural ground had shifted underfoot, did sweeping political and policy changes follow. GRCAM is open to undiscovered artists, poets, dancers, painters, to change hearts as well as minds. We will do cooperative alliances with local celebrities to popularize the vision. We will use social media as a platform to spread my vision and also to promote my book that will spark public debate.

We won’t be afraid to hold anybody accountable, regardless of their political party. We will create a coalition of the willing meaning we will do cooperative alliance with other  community organizations, congregations, labor unions, and individuals who agree with our vision and in time we will help them advance their cause as soon as we rebuild our community. By working together to improve our own businesses and build allies that will challenge big banks on behalf of struggling and middle-class communities.  Together, we can fight against Wall Street in order to help other American families and communities to build wealth, close the country’s growing income inequality gap and advance the vision in my book on how our economy can better serve the many rather than the few. We will advocating for legislative fixes to reform campaign finance laws, Wall Street regulations, and the tax code; Promote cultural changes to address political disengagement, polarization and widespread misinformation.

Emmanuel Barbee is the Founder and President of  G.R.C.A.M  (Grass Roots Community Activist Movement), a for-profit service base business that is set on improving the lives of inner city families within their communities.  This organization will give their children an opportunity to obtain their personal life goals and for some to attend college in order to become productive citizens as well as elevating their self-esteem to be all that they can be. Emmanuel Barbee don’t just limit his writings based on theories just for the sake of writing but instead he writes when he has a message. Unlike other organizations that do a partial job of addressing the issues we will focus on the entire black family from infants to senior citizens and change the negative  environment in which our clients live. Once we’re established in Chicago I plan to expand to 25  other cities within 25 states.  I also plan on turning my book into a movie in order to gain cash flow from my book sells and the movie in order to do all the things I discuss in my book. What is it about my story that makes black capitalist, the financial elites, and Urban Terrorist uncomfortable? They fear that once I am able to find the right people on my team then everything that I have been posting online and in my book would come to pass.  I have something that no black lead or career politician has in America the answer to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America if given a chance.

I am not interested in endless debates or am I interested in repeating my vision to closed minded small minded individuals who have no plans on purchasing my book. Why only 25 cities because of the rejection I have received from Black America in my city for over ten years to work with me in starting this organization. Once I begin earning capital I will only hire those who have been working with me directly. Africa needs my services, Brazil needs my services, and the Caribbean Islands needs my services. I don’t operate like the next man I require absolute dedication from ever person who claim that  they want to be a part of this new movement in Black America. Within GRCAM we will start a new Black America and deal head on with the Willie Lynch Mentality that is destroying the black race in America. Before I can launch GRCAM abroad I want to give back to my people that are trapped in American Ghettos by creating legitimate businesses within the low income African American Communities. Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money to offer incentives to thirty talented individuals within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do in Urban America to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting this organization started. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities in America.  Once we’re established in the United States I plan on expanding my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. Believe me if I had the proceeds from my book sells and 30 people already in place then I would start GRCAM today.  No man or woman on earth will change the vision my creator has given me. Here’s a brief summary about my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. This is an auto -biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago.  In my book I provide a road map on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America. In addition, I also wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money, in order to offer incentives to thirty talented individuals within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do in Urban America to come to Chicago and work with me directly in starting my organization “The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.” GRCAM is a private for profit service base business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component.

This organization is to assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families, who reside in the inner cities of Chicago, and eventually in 25 other cities in America.   We will also offer a second chance program for ex offenders and the homeless. We will create private employment within our organization for our future clients and members. Once we’re established in 25 cities within 25 states I plan to expand abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. I also plan on turning my book into a movie in order to gain more cash flow to do all the things I talk about in my book. I hope and pray that every black person and every non-black concerned citizen would purchase my book. Those who agree with my vision for Black America I only want to speak with them. I don’t have time to debate we will focus on solving our social problems once and for all. I also pray that I could do cooperative alliance with other communities and organizations beyond Chicago.
