(Fighting Half Of My Life For Our People)

The purpose for me creating (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement was because I lack support from established black organizations in my city. I thank God for the internet since 1991 I’ve been creating online groups, I am currently on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide. For the most part I like to educate, encourage, and raise awareness about the senseless violence that is devastating the African American Community.  My groups will not only serve as an educational plat form for those who are unaware of urban violence and it’s affect physically, mentally, and socially to those who reside in that environment. I want to help improve the lives for the next generation by moving my organization from behind a computer into the target communities I discuss in my book.  My groups also serve as knowledge base and as an inspirational support group where we can share ideas and inspire one another. It’s also a safe place to network with other bloggers whose purpose is to connect, influence, and gather, other liked minded individuals who are also concerned about issues facing our community on a local, national, and international level. I want to impact real social change starting in my city (Chicago) and expand to 25 other cities in America before we expand abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands and eventually throughout the African Diaspora.
