(Building The Vision: One Community, One City, One State At A Time)

New urban author and new hood visionary Mr. Emmanuel Barbee book has something positive to offer society a road map to end urban violence in America and throughout the world in his book entitled “The  Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition.  This book is an auto-biography about his personal experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. He wrote this book for three reasons: one reason is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America.  Another reason why he wrote his book is to promote his organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.  GRCAM is a Christian Socialist organization,  which is a private for profit service based business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. His focus is to provide goods and services to the low income African American communities and work directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities they will serve.  They will offer a second chance program to ex-offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. They will offer private employment within his organization to their clients and members based on their budget and sponsorship.

His private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute school of Arts and Entertainment. They will offer six basic classes ranging from Film Making, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship Training, Journalism, Book Writing Workshop, and Financial Literacy. They will offer internships and give stipends to their students pending on their budget. His long term goal is to offer a music workshop with an onsite music studio and tutorial service which will include an after school program, adult education program, and a recreational center for their students and for the community they will serve.  His agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities they will serve if given a chance.  Finally, Mr. Barbee wrote his book in order to generate capital/seed money to offer incentives and eventually compensation to thirty people within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read his book and agree with this plan/vision to improve Urban America, for those individuals to contact him and after they do a back ground check, he wants those persons to come to Chicago and work with him directly in getting his organization up and running. He wants to make Chicago a model first before they expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. They are as follows:Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin.

His vision goes beyond Urban America. Once his organization is established in 25 states he plans to expand abroad to Africa in the country of Liberia first than eventually to 25 other countries in Africa to people that want and need his services. They will offer private employment to their clients and members based on their budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. His organization will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services.

GRCAM views urban violence in America as a pressing issue that has been disproportionately affecting black youths.  We believe that the solution to this issue and other social problems come not from longer sentencing and more policing, but re-investing and providing basic resources in social programs in those communities.  The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will provide a broad, holistic perspective, including programs that meet physical, cultural, educational, and family needs. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement
will be made up of ordinary law abiding citizens of all racial groups and we will build cooperative alliances
beyond the black community who want to work with us in stopping the violence which is ravaging our communities.  I have ran across so many fake people online I am an authentic urban author and upcoming social entrepreneur.

I want to make this into a meaningful experience for my readers and supporters. Those who have purchase my book and agree with my plan to improve Urban America I will give them a chance to participate in our open auditions. It does not matter what state you live in once we start holding our auditions pending on my budget I will send for you and help pay for your hotel stay just as long as you are keeping the lines of communication open with me. If you are selected during our audition to be in the film then I will discuss compensation with you. Don’t trip if you are not selected in my upcoming film we will create many more films, plays, and music videos through my private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Arts and Entertainment.  I want all of my supporters to help me make GRCAM into the best African American business in the United States, and also help me turn my business into a multi-million dollar business so that I can create legitimate jobs to millions of our clients and members who reside in the urban communities this will also benefit our society as well if given a chance.
