(Rebuilding Black America & Africa Emmanuel Barbee’s Vision)

No justice no peace is just a slogan it’s not a plan. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is about embracing creativity among the art community, the literary community, within the Black Community. I created several social groups which all falls under GRCAM.  GRCAM is the fastest growing online community. We are seeking brave bright, creative, and supportive people to join our team so that we can move this organization from behind a computer starting on the Westside of Chicago and eventually to the Southside of Chicago as mentioned in my revised book. For now I encourage all of my group members to promote there books, businesses, ministries, poetry, events, and there music within my groups. Those who are serious about helping me move GRCAM from behind a PC I will personally reward them by inviting them to our place of business so that they can meet and greet our clients and members in person.  They can allow promote their businesses for three week for free. GRCAM will become a nonprofit as well as a for profit business as mentioned in my book.

It’s my goal that GRCAM will eventually become the best African American business within the United States as well as on the internet. Through innovative advanced technologies such as You Tube undiscovered artist can now broadcast their talent and services to the world. For 23 years I have been pushing my plan/vision to improve Urban America starting in my city but established black organizations has dismiss my claims I am asking everyone on my friends list to help me get my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition on the best sellers list.

The proceeds from my book will assist me with getting my message out to the public and also to attract 30 individuals in the United States who would join my management team and assist me in running the daily operations of my business. The main reason why I wrote my book is because I lack the manpower and the capital to start my business.  I am seeking 30 people in the United States, they must have degrees or training in the following careers: Executive Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, Social Worker, Associate Director, Financial Planner, Marketing, Information Technology Coordinator, Grant Writer, Lawyer, Development Assistant, Real Estate Broker, Business Manager Insurance Agent, Administrative Receptionist, Human Resource Manger Finance, Musician, Vocal Coach, Poet, Play Writers/ Film Makers, Actors/Actresses, Theater Director, Public Relation Specialist, Journalist, and Box Office Staff.

Once I have my team in place they will go down in history with me I will share the limelight with them. My private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute school of Arts and Entertainment will start on the Westside of Chicago and eventually on the Southside of Chicago. My book will be taught to our clients and members those who disagree with my plan to improve Urban America will not be allowed to join this new movement in Black America. We will create our own independent Films and live plays in the Chicagoland area.
I am also interested in working with casting companies throughout the Midwest to give our school of arts a diverse of unsigned talent. If you are a film-maker work with me by purchasing my book and reading my story. Discuss my book with fellow film-makers and people with gifts in theater, dance, singing, backstage and tech are welcome to join us as soon as I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell. I want all of my supporters to work with me in getting my book on the best sellers list so that I can do all of the things I have written in my book. This is not a one man show without black support I am unable to do my job.

The Mission

Our agenda is to end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement aims to promote social, economic development, civic participation. To address issues and solve these problems concerning our youth and our community. We will help develop new leadership in the communities we will serve. We will recruit and support good ideas, talents of our people which will make our community stronger. To rebuild and restore the black family and the black community, one community, one city, and one state at a time starting in Chicago. To create and own our own business within the community we will serve, and deliver outstanding services.

I will exclude small minded individuals who only complain about the white man and the social conditions but never do anything to change the problem. I will also exclude criminals, active gang members, and passive spectators on my friends list who only want to be seen. GRCAM will provide goods and services to single black mothers, single black fathers and low income two parent families that want and need our services, and who want more out of life. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Once we’re established in 25 states I plan on having Native Africans to assist me in setting up chapters abroad to 25 countries in Africa. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. We help turn dreams into reality. This is my contribution back to my community and throughout the African Diaspora. Real Christian Socialist online
