(Waking Up Black America: Mr. Emmanuel Barbee’s Vision To Improve Our Inner Cities In America)

For twenty three years I have been doing my best at spreading my plan/vision to others online and offline this is what lead me to create social groups to connect with like minded individuals who think outside the box like me. I want to bypass closed minded individuals who have nothing to offer but negativity this is why I wrote and published my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition provide a road map on how my organization will help end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. If you agree with my plan/vision to improve our urban communities in America then work with me in getting my book on the best seller list by sharing my book information with your family, friends, your place of worship, your job, and at your local community center.

I watched an awesome documentary entitled “The House I Live In” which co-insight with what I wrote in chapter six The Drug Problem. For the past 40 years, the war on drugs has resulted in more than 45 million arrests, $1 trillion dollars in government spending, and America’s role as the world leading private prison industry. Why purpose for writing and publishing my story is to connect with liked minded individuals across America to work with me in moving my virtual organization (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement from behind a PC.

We will offer private employment to our clients and members within the organization pending on our budget and sponsorship. In time we will offer a second chance program for ex offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. Those who are business minded we will teach them how to start their own business and work with them until it materialize. Our goal is to first stabilize the community through our outreach programs and create legitimate jobs so that our young people don’t become career criminals. As a result our clients can raise their family in a safer environment.

I want to connect with my readers and supporters by given them an opportunity to join my social groups on Facebook and on Google Plus. I created Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos blogtalkradio show as a way to connect with people in my social groups and on my friends list. I am trying to give everyone who are interested in meeting me in person an opportunity to do so on November 10th 2015 I will be at the Harold Washington Library, in person seating is limited so send me your email address so that I can confirm your seat.

I will exclude small minded individuals who only complain about the white man and the social conditions but never do anything to change the problem. I will also exclude criminals, active gang members, and passive spectators who only want to be seen. The low income African American cannot solve the social conditions alone.  We need a new plan our black leaders are out of touch with the community. Without a comprehensive, long term budget solution and new gun laws on the books our children will continue to pay the price. GRCAM is about building a strong unified global community which will provide basic resources to communities and families that want and need our services. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
