(Sharing My Story & My Vision To Those Who Care About Black America)

I’ve done all I can to get African Americans, Native Africans in America, and others to work with me in moving my virtual organization from behind a computer. I provide a detail road map on how my organization will help end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. I want to personally connect with people on my friends list and those in my social groups to participate in my free online conference (Speak To Me Black America) on April 12th,2016 from 5:00PM to 12:00AM Central Time on Google+ Hangouts and Skype. Those of you who are serious about connecting with me live in real time via voice chat or video chat then send me your email address to my Facebook inbox, Gmail inbox, LinkedIn inbox or send me a friend request on Skype my screen name is manwell4mankind.

My goal this year is to connect with 30 individuals within the United States who have read my story and who agree with my plan to improve our inner cities in America for those persons to make themselves known to me. They must have degrees or training in the following areas: Executive Assistant, Accountant, General Manager, Social Worker, Associate Director, Financial Planner, Marketing, Information Technology Coordinator, Grant Writer, Lawyer, Development Assistant, Real Estate Broker, Business Manager, Insurance Agent, Administrative Receptionist, Human Resource Manger, Finance, Musician, Vocal Coach, Poet, Play Writers/ Film Makers, Actors/Actresses, Theater Director, Public Relation Specialist, Journalist, and Box Office Staff.

My book is just the beginning, it’s my hope that through my book I could connect with people from the business community who are Angel Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, and Social Entrepreneurs to discuss my for profit business plan. In contrast, I also plan on meeting with Donors, Philanthropist, and Sponsors to discuss my nonprofit business plan.

There are countless African Americans who have made significant contributions in our community but because they are not famous people tend to overlook them. Many African Americans and others are unaware of present day successes beyond the traditional black men and women written in history books. All we see in the mainstream media is the negative images such as the senseless violence in the black community or the stereotype of black people dancing/twerking. The only visible “successes” depicting shown on Television are young black men and women in Hip-Hop, Sports, or mini series like Empire and Power this has to change.

I am tired of listening to African Americans complaining about lack of jobs in the community and complaining about more government involvement in the black ghetto as well as complaining about the white man. As an authentic black man in America I am very disappointed about the current direction our racial group is heading and I plan to do something about it. The reason why I created the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement was to form a collective movement that does away with the many divisions within the black community which is counterproductive. We can’t continue to wait on government and corporate America to provide jobs in our community we will teach our clients, members, and our students about Black Wall Street. It’s unacceptable that I have a plan to help improve our inner cities but because I am not affiliated with the political machine in Chicago and that’s why my ideas are overlooked by established black organizations.

For 24 years I have been speaking out against urban violence in Chicago war torn communities online and offline yet I have been getting little support for my effort from the African American community in my city. The dirty looks, humiliation, and the rejection about what I am trying to do have not deterred me from my calling Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos. But glory to God for the internet in the digital age and this is why I wrote my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition on Amazon.com

Once I generate enough capital from my book sell and I have my management team in place then I will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute in Chicago. GRCAI will empower local and national Actors, Actresses, Artists, Comedians, Fashion Designers, Film Makers, Models, Musicians, Performing Artist, Poets, Singers, and Writers. We will promote health, business, education, pop culture. My goal is to bring positive cultural awareness, education and enlightenment to millions across America.

Our students will learn Film Making, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship Training, Journalism, Book Writing, and Financial Literacy. We will offer internships and give stipends to our students and offer private employment within the organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. In time we will offer a second chance program for ex-offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. This is what I am trying to do in my former community and in the city of Chicago. Once GRCAI is established in Chicago I will declare war on Willie Lynch within the black culture.

In order for me to achieve my goal, I need people on my friends list, people in my social groups, and Chicago residents to stand up and work with me by spreading my book information with your family, friends, place of worship, and also at your local community center. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states as mentioned in my revised book.

Once my organization is established in 25 states I plan on having Native Africans in America to assist me in setting up chapters in 25 countries in Africa. I want to earn creditability in America first before we expand abroad to Africa.
We will go through the proper channels with their government to start my (NGO) Non-government organization/ private for profit service based business in order to offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship.

We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands. GRCAM is about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. My organization is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. All I ask is that people agree with all of the principles in my book. This is my contribution back to my community, society, and throughout the African Diaspora.
