“Calling Upon My True Supporters To Help Me Turn My Virtual Organization (GRCAM) Into A Real Business Starting In Chicago”

I created “GRCAM” the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement on November 10th 1991 on a site called Gopher. Back then my focus was on inner city youth and their families which are entitled to respect, basic resources, and safety in their own community. I wanted to create a place to empower black students on campus to share our experience, exchange ideas, question beliefs we have taken for granted, grapple with ethical problems we have never considered, and to expand our horizons to keep us informed and responsible.

Today GRCAM is a global virtual organization available on at least 300 social networks. I conduct free webinars at least once a month. A webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the internet using video and voice conferencing software. A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements: the ability to give, receive and discuss information in real time. I correspond with approximately 125,000 individuals worldwide. I’ve been dedicated to my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos for 24 years. I have broaden my perspective to include African Immigrants, Afro Brazilians, Afro Caribbean Islanders, Native Africans and all Black people in the Diaspora as well as non-black sympathizers interested in black issues and want to help us solve black issues once and for all.

GRCAM is for like minded progressive African Americans and others who are and want to improve our inner cities in America as well as focus on community safety, economic development, spiritually, health, and nutrition. GRCAM is looking for grassroots local Actors, Actresses, Artists, Comedians, Dancers, Fashion Designers, Film Makers, Models, Musicians, Performing Artist, Poets, Singers, Spoken Wordiest, Writers, Rap, Hip Hop, R&B, Pop & Gospel. Our goal is to provide an alternative source of community news and entertainment to the podcast community from blogtalkradio.

I am using the only tools currently available to me to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my Blogtalkradio show, my Free Webinars I hold on Facebook, Google Plus and Skype yet my message continue to fall on deaf ears. The police alone cannot stop the senseless violence taken place in our urban communities it requires the community to take a stand too. The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual organization into a real business is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I keep re-emphasizing my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. Once I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell I will hire qualified individuals to assist me in the daily operation of my private Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute is based on my revised book which is the foundation of this new movement in Black America.

Our students will learn Film Making, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship Training, Journalism, Book Writing, and Financial Literacy. We will offer internships and give stipends to our students and offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. In time we will offer a second chance program for ex-offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. We will offer a wide range of services from childcare to after school program and a recreation center all under one roof. This is my pledge to the inner city of Chicago residents none of our members will ever have to endure such humiliation and rejection just for trying to do something positive in the black community.

GRCAI will be committed to providing our diverse student population with an exceptional education, while building students’ self-confidence and encouraging lifelong learning. We will get our accreditation once I have my management team in place. We will offer numerous programs and services to the community we will serve if given a chance. In all programs of study, our students will receive a comprehensive, practical education unparalleled by any other school in the hood.
GRCAI will support and promotes our diverse student population by bridging the gap between African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro Brazilians, Afro Caribbeans, as well as non-black sympathizers who are interested in working with us to solve black issues once and for all. Our students’ will learn lifelong learning skills, and teaching those skills is necessary to excel in our ever changing, complex society. Our goal is to challenge students to excel in their academic and career pursuits and prepare them to be lifelong learners and responsible citizens in a globalized world.

GRCAI mission is to end to end urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos wants our members and supporters worldwide to be committed to making my vision a reality. GRCAI advocates on behalf of the African American community to mobilizes other grassroots organizations, educate the community about starting and electing like minded individuals within our party to public office and educate the public about black issues.

By inspiring and engaging all Americans, GRCAI strives to end racial discrimination against black citizens and realize a nation that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all. GRCAI seeks to improve the lives of
inner city youth and their families by advocating community rights ensuring poor and working families are treated equally under the law, and increasing public support among all Americans through innovative advocacy, education and outreach programs. GRCAI will fight for our inner city youth, their families, and our community at the local and state level by lobbying elected officials, mobilizing grassroots supporters, educating Americans, educating the community about electing our local political party.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service:

Let’s work together as a community to serve the low income African American community on MLK Day of Service. Taking place in January, MLK Day of Service is a “day on, not a day off.” It is a way to transform Dr. King’s life and teachings into community action to help bring together people, strengthen communities, and meet national challenges. One such challenge is urban violence among African American youth, who make up 80% of the murder rate.

How can YOU help? By purchasing my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon.com and sharing my book information with your family, friends, place of worship, and also at your local community center. Our community will be built on values of faith, community, service, stewardship and growth with friendship at the center of everything we do. GRCAI is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. GRCAI is also about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. GRCAI is private in order for me to weed out small minded individuals and people who careless about inner city youth and their families. This is my contribution back to my community, society, and throughout the African Diaspora. Peace over violence
