(GRCAM Mission: Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos)

Since 1991, our focus has been on trying to raise awareness about the senseless violence taken place in our inner cities of Chicago and beyond and what we can do about it. Once Emmanuel Barbee find 10 people within the United States who have read his story and meet the qualifications he is looking for to be on has his management team which are as follows:

Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, and Philanthropist, who will work with him in starting his nonprofit and for profit organization then he will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute as mentioned in his revised book. He is still looking for progressive African Americans to work with him in turning his plan/vision into a reality. He also wants to build an alliance with African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians,
Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations, moderate Muslims, and secular people who are interested in joining this new movement in Urban America called the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.

GRCAM is a virtual Christian socialist organization. Christian socialism is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. We believe capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, which some Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. The cause of social inequality is due to capitalism. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18-19. GRCAM will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve.

Emmanuel wants to make Chicago a model first before he expand to 10 other cities within 10 states. His vision goes beyond Black America once they’re established in 10 cities Emmanuel plan on having African Immigrants in America to assist him in setting up chapters in 10 countries in Africa. We will go through the proper channels with their government to start his (NGO) Non-government organization/private service based business. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help
improve the African economy as well as educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands. Our greatest assets are the people who will work in this organization, distribution centers and offices. We will work hard to provide a safe environment where our clients/members can grow, succeed and contribute to the communities where they live and work.

Community Involvement

GRCAM will offer equal partnership with our members and local
community residents. We will be committed to working together with a
shared goal of helping our inner-city youth and assist our children
achieve academic success, build confidence and lead healthy lives.

Investing in urban communities where we operate is an important pillar
of our social responsibility. We will support organizations that work in our
communities, with an emphasis on programs that help build academic
achievement and life skills for people who need us most. In time we will
create a philanthropic mission through our foundation. The Grass Roots
Community Activist Movement Foundation will be committed to
investing in the communities where we operate.

GRCAM: Preparing today’s youth for a bright tomorrow

We will invest in brighter futures by supporting our programs and
services which will unlock the full potential for the next generation. With a goal of building competence, confidence and character in young people
who need us most, the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will
partner with organizations that does similar work in our communities to
build academic achievement and life skills. We will provide support
through our volunteers and charitable contributions.

Reading is one of the strongest predictors of a child’s future success in
school and in life. Yet millions of kids across the country lack access to
books. To address this need, our nonprofit organization will provide books
to children in need. This will help improve the communities where our
customers and associates live and work. GRCAM will help turn local kids
into readers, learners and leaders by equipping them with quality
programs and services. We will host social events, activities, and seminar/
workshops on various topics.

Our community will be built on values of faith, community service,
stewardship and growth with friendship at the center of everything we do.
GRCAM is about making our urban community better, healthier, and
stronger. GRCAM is also about building a strong unified global
community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize
our programs and services. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law abiding
citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist.

GRCAM is private in order for Emmanuel to weed out harden criminals,
active gang members, urban terrorist and small minded individuals who
careless about inner city youth and their families. GRCAM is membership
base everyone must attend our mandatory orientation and sign our
consent form. My pledge to our members is that I will work to assist them
in reaching their personal life goals and help keep their children off the
streets and away from gangs and drugs within the business. This is my
contribution back to my community, society, and throughout the African
