(GRCAM Reclaming The Black Community, The Black Church, & The Black Family)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 30, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is too big for a storefront. I reject small minded people who only give me their opinion but refuse to work with me. I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in 1991 on a site called Gopher in order to connect with other like-minded individuals who are interested in networking with me in order for me to gather support for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.

GRCAM is a virtual Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will show an authentic form of Christianity by focusing on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35-40. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18-19.

We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve. Religious people have no place in my Christian organization for those are the same people who had Jesus. For example, Jesus was considered a revolutionary because of his preaching in those days. He was a threat to the political elite and the religious establishment because he wanted people to focus on God’s kingdom. In the book of Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” We can see in the book of John 10:24-39 and in the book of Mark 11:27-28.

The gospels portray Jesus opponents as The Chief Priests, Scribes, Elders, Pharisees, and Sadducees as religious leaders who conspired to have him killed. The only sources we have for who had Jesus murdered are the four Gospels: Mark 14-15, Matthew 26-27, Luke 22-23, and John 18-19. The Bible tell us that Jesus was arrested, underwent two hearings or trials, was sentenced to death by crucifixion, and died on the cross. The Jews who took the initiative in this proceeding were not the only opponents of Jesus during his public ministry (the Pharisees) but also the High Priest, the Chief Priests and the Elders those who had more at stake in running the Temple and keeping the peace of Jerusalem. According to Mark 14:53-65, there were two charges made against Jesus: He threatened to destroy the Temple and claimed to be “the Messiah.”

Jesus’ threat against the Temple fits with his symbolic action in “cleansing” the Temple (Mark 11:15-19) and his prophecies about the Temple’s destruction (Mark 13:1-2). For Jewish leaders and merchants whose livelihood depended on the Temple, the slightest threat against the Temple would have been taken very seriously. Moreover, Jesus claim to be “the Messiah” set off alarms not only among the Romans but also among the Jewish leaders. Both viewed Jesus as another religious pretender who had to be dealt with. The kind of language being used about Jesus in some circles alerted them to the danger that Jesus pose to their power and status quo. Although Jewish leaders were involved, the main legal formalities were carried out by the Romans. Jesus was killed “under Pontius Pilate,” and the Jewish authorities in Jerusalem played a role in Jesus death.

In Matthew 27:25 “His blood be upon us and upon our children” is best taken as referring to the crowd manipulated by the leaders of Jerusalem. Jesus died in accord with the Scriptures as the expression of God’s will. Jesus died a sacrificial death for us and for our sins (Mark, Paul, and Hebrews). Jesus death was part of his revelation of God and of his glorious return to the Father and the pledge of his second coming (Revelation).

I am called by my creator to rebuild our inner cities in America similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city. Likewise, I will use qualified individuals who have the expertise in the following area such as: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, and Philanthropist, who will work with me in setting up and starting my nonprofit and my for-profit organization. My vision is confirm based on Joshua 18:3 God is asking the Black Church the same question He asked the Israelites; “How long will you wait?”

Stand up Chicago and work with me in turning my plan into a reality and let’s make our community better again. I call upon the residents on the Westside of Chicago in Austin, Garfield Park, and North Lawndale to work with me so that I can bring GRCAM to your community. I call upon the residents on the Southside of Chicago in Auburn Gresham, Bronzeville, Chatham, Englewood, Roseland, Southshore, Washington Park, and Woodlawn to work with me so that I can bring GRCAM to serve your community.

Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos Online Talkshow is one way I try to get my message out to the public. My online talkshow is held every Thursday evening from 10:00PM to 10:30PM Central Time. I also do an extended weekend edition for busy people who are unable to participate on Thursday evenings as well as to accommodate my international friends who live on different time zones. If I have guest speakers I will post that information on my page and in my social groups. The days and times are as follows: Friday through Sunday from 5:00PM to 5:30PM Central Time.

I created my show as a way to interact with people on my friends list/people in my social groups who are ordinary law-abiding Activist, Artist, Authors, Fashion Designers,Gospel Singers, Musicians, Poets, Small business Owners and Small Ministries an opportunity to promote their products/services to my listeners from around the globe from the Podcast community in the convenience and privacy of your home. My audience differs from the average online radio listeners. Our listeners tune in not only for news and entertainment, but to engage with the rest of the community. Our programming format combines regional and global news cultural shows with an emphasis on ethnic communities primarily the African American community.

I use this show as a platform for people on my friends list from all over the world to connect with me via Facebook messenger, Google Plus Hangouts, Skype and OOVOO in real time via voice chat or video chat. This show is about discussing controversial topics within the black community from spiritual warfare, health and wellness, political/social issues and current events as it pertains to End times prophecy with people on my friends list. To give a voice to the voiceless, and raise awareness about the genocide taken place within our inner cities across the United States and what we can do to solve this crisis. My online talkshow falls under my virtual Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. I created social groups to embrace literary authors, bloggers, writers from marginalized communities as a place where everyone on my friends list can discuss social issues in an atmosphere in which they are respected, valued, and well-served.

Once I have my management team in place and we find a location on the Westside of Chicago then I will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. The goal of GRCAI is to work with local businesses who view the African American community as a fertile marketplace. GRCAI will develop equal partnership with local residents and give them a voice through collective power. GRCAI will help create new institutions and capital improvements to the neighborhood we will serve. We will create a nonprofit community health center and organized fundraising events to fund our programs and services.

GRCAM is all about social transformation in the African American community. GRCAM will help improve the communities we serve through our fundraising events to sustain our quality programs and services. GRCAM Fest will host live entertainment featuring local artist, writers, and poets discussion of black issues and black culture, and books will continue to play a vital role in Chicago’s intellectual, literary work, diverse cuisine, family oriented, and alcohol free. The benefit would be to generates capital in the Austin, Garfield Park and North Lawndale community on the Westside of Chicago and on the Southside of Chicago. Attract new businesses; offer scholarships to our members; creates jobs for local residents; help build leadership skills for at risk Black youths.

GRCAM Fest will help raise funds to help sustain and develop our programs and services focused on African American lives, ideas, and work. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be a unique organization in Chicago because it’s based on my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition which is available on Amazon.com In my book I provide a 21st century plan to eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve.

GRCAI will help unite the African American community with the African Immigrant community, Afro-Brazilian/ Afro-Caribbean community, build cooperative alliances with all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my ideas into a real business starting in Chicago. GRCAM will be crucial to guaranteeing that a wide and diverse range of black voices and others to insure our voices are heard loud and clear.
It’s my hope that GRCAI will offer a permanent infrastructure for our Artist in Chicago that will compete with other cities like Los Angeles, New York, or Atlanta and become the Hub throughout the Mid-west for emerging black artists and upcoming black Christian Entrepreneurs.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago, will make our presence known in high crime gang and drug infested neighborhoods by developing an equal partnership with local residents who become members of this organization. We will maintain an aggressive neighborhood protection program aimed at addressing relevant social issues which affects the community negatively such as drug dealing, urban violence, and criminal behavior. GRCAI is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger.

GRCAI will provide quality programs and services to benefit the black community and promote culture retention. GRCAI will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

1. A social service component

2. A Spiritual component

3. A Political component

4. An Entertainment component

5. An Entrepreneur component

GRCAI will help make the city of Chicago a great place for everyone to live, work and play. Together we will make a difference in the lives of Chicagoans and beyond. I am ready to lead this cause and be released from behind a computer and unleash my plan in 10 cities within 10 states in America and on the African continent.

GRCAI is membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

(Help Wanted: Seeking Brave And Smart Millennials In America)

Transcript

Hello, my name is Emmanuel Barbee I am a new urban author of the book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. In my book I provide a detail 21st century strategy on how my organization will help eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve if given a chance.

What’s currently happening in Black America is offensive to me and others who are concerned about the future of our children and our culture. Today’s black leaders have failed the black community by compromising the health and wellbeing of our children for their own hidden agendas. I have witness how the Occupy Wall Street Movement and the Black Lives Matter Movement came about from an online organization to a mass movement but both organizations fail to implement any laws in their favor.

My goal for writing my story is to connect with brave and smart Millennials, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers, all Christian denominations within the United States and around the world. I also want to build cooperative alliances with moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my ideas into a real business starting in Chicago. In other words, as a critical thinker when I see a problem I come up with solutions and bring people together for the common good. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing school system as a result of institutionalized racism. Our middle class black professionals refuse to work with me, the black churches in my former and current community refuse to allow me to pass out fliers about my book after church services, and established black organizations in my city refuse to heed my ideas as a result over 4,000 people have killed in Chicago alone and Chicago is currently the murder capital in America.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book. I lowered the price of my book from $25.00 to $15.00 also I had my publisher to turn my book into an ebook for $9.99 on Amazon.com I provide the link to my book under the comment section. I am asking everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups to please purchase my book and read my story for yourself. If you agree with my plan then share my book information with your family, friends, places of worship and also at your local community center. It’s my hope to get my book on the best sellers list so that I can be in a position to hire qualified individuals to assist me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of our Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.

Our motto: Put down the guns, pick up the books.

It makes no sense to me that for 25 years I was unable to find anyone in my city to work with me in moving my virtual Christian organization (GRCAM) from behind a computer. If we as black people don’t patronize one another how in the world do you expect other racial groups to support or care about our community? Money needed to build businesses in our inner cities but our tax dollars are being diverted to places like the downtown area which happens to be a tourist attraction.

Our inner-city youth have special talents/skills the problem is that they don’t get the support so they leave Chicago and head straight to Los Angeles, New York, or Atlanta without a permanent infrastructure in Chicago that can compete with other cities. It’s my hope that GRCAI will become the Hub throughout the Mid-west for emerging black artists and upcoming black Christian Entrepreneurs.

We will have a professional recording studio and offer affordable recording, mixing, and duplicating. GRCAI will be a diverse organization organized around the platform I present in my book for economic empowerment and social justice. We will create films and put on live stage plays in order to get others from outside of the community to come to our attractions. This will be a One Stop for all Chicagoans and for people in surrounding suburbs.

GRCAI primary focus is on strengthen the black family by providing quality programs and services. We will also portray an authentic form of Christianity while improving the black community and enhance the black culture. GRCAI will be dedicated to ensuring that corporations and other institutions act responsibly and in the best interests of the community. In order for my plan/vision to be effective I need qualified individuals on my management team such as: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, and Philanthropist. They will work with me in setting up and starting my nonprofit and my for profit Christian business in Chicago.

GRCAI is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. Having these professionals in place is critical to invest in the community by building the ethics, skills and opportunities needed to advance our future leaders. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute, will make our presence known in high crime gang and drug infested neighborhoods by developing an equal partnership with local residents who become members of this organization. We will maintain an aggressive neighborhood protection program aimed at addressing relevant social issues which affects the community negatively such as drug dealing, urban violence, and criminal behavior. GRCAI will help make our urban communities significant which will enhance the environment and our neighborhood.

Our goal is to provide a safe environment within violent urban communities by offering various functions such as educational opportunities, recreational activities like theatre, performing arts, music, film making, entrepreneurship training and job opportunities, health/fitness and Christianity to achieve positive impact and demonstrate results. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will help make the city of Chicago a great place for everyone to live, work and play. Together we will make a difference in the lives of Chicagoans and beyond.

(GRCAM Supporters Help Me Move My Story Beyond Cyberspace)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 22, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

My book is just the beginning it’s what I am trying to build in the city of Chicago is what I want to be remembered for the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. I also plan on turning my book into a motion picture to reach non-readers and to recruit 10 brave and smart individuals from across the United States to come to Chicago and assist me in the daily operation of my Christian organization. Those who will join my management team will go down in history with me and Sister Rena.

I’m seeking Millennials, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers, all Christian denominations, as well as moderate Muslims and Secular people who are interested in my story and who wants to work with me in turning my vision into a reality. The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book.

I created the Grassroots Community Activist Movement 25 years ago because I lack support from the black community. GRCAM is about connecting with other like minded individuals who are interested in improving the African American community starting in Chicago. Our focus will be on solving social and economic issues on both the Westside and Southside of Chicago as mentioned in my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. I offer a 21st century plan to eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve if given a chance.

Our motto: Put down the guns, pick up the books.

Once I have my management team in place and we find a location in Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture among my members. It makes no sense to me that for 25 years I was unable to find anyone in my city to work with me in moving my virtual Christian organization (GRCAM) from behind a computer. If we as black people don’t patronize one another how in the world do you expect other racial groups to support or care about our community? Money needed to build businesses in our inner cities are being diverted to places like the downtown area which happens to be a tourist attraction.

I am trying to form a coalition of ordinary law-abiding citizens, grassroots leaders and community researchers in order for us to strategize and get our laws on the books known as community rights. This includes re-education, skills training, economic empowerment, job creation, social justice and promote strong stabled families. Our inner-city youth have special talents/skills the problem is that they don’t get the support so they leave Chicago and head straight to Los Angeles, New York, or Atlanta without a permanent infrastructure in Chicago that can compete with other cities. We will unite Artist, Authors, Directors, Dancers, Choreographers, Fashion Designers, Graphic Designers, Models, Musicians, Photographers and Promoters. It’s my hope that GRCAI will become the Hub throughout the Mid-west for emerging black artists and upcoming black Christian Entrepreneurs. We will have genre in Rap, R&B, Holy Hip Hop, Hop Hop and Reggae.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will take artist to the next level in the music industry.

Such improvements will make a tangible difference in the day-to-day lives of the people in the community.

Our workshops and seminars will help turn my ideas into action, arming the community with knowledge, community advocates and decision makers for everyone who is a GRCAI member.

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 21, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

I have lowered the price of my book from $25.00 to $15.00 I also had my publisher to turn my book into an ebook for $9.99. Just trying to generate enough capital so that I can hire qualified individuals to assist me with the daily operation of my Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. I am asking all of my supports on my friends list/active group members to please purchase my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. I offer a 21st century plan to eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve.

I want everyone in America to know my story and those who agree with my plan to share my book information with your family, friends, place of worship and at your local community center so that I can do all of the things which I have written. I want to connect with other like-minded individuals and build an alliance with Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations. I also want to build cooperative alliances with moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my plan/vision into a reality.

My objective is to have my book on the best seller list for 25 years established black organizations and the black churches in my former and current community ignore my plan to improve our inner cities in Chicago as a result over 4,000 people have been killed in Chicago alone. Chicago is currently the murder capital in America and no black leader in America has a solution. I have decided to narrow my focus to only 10 cities within 10 states.

I am called by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to rebuild our inner cities in America and in the slums of Africa similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city. Likewise, I want the following professionals: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, and Philanthropist. They will work with me in setting up and starting my nonprofit and my for profit Christian business in Chicago.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is about making our urban community better, healthier, and stronger. It’s my hope that through my story I can mobilize my readers who will help spread my book information and gain the boots on the street to reach non-readers. We will make our presence known in high crime gang and drug infested neighborhoods by developing an equal partnership with local residents who become members of this organization. We will maintain an aggressive neighborhood protection program aimed at addressing relevant social issues which affects the community negatively such as drug trafficking, urban violence, and criminal behavior. GRCAM will help make our urban communities significant which will enhance the environment and our neighborhood.

GRCAM will help make the city of Chicago a great place for everyone to live, work and play. Together we will make a difference in the lives of Chicagoans and beyond. I am ready to lead this cause and be released from behind a computer and unleash my plan/vision across the United States and in on the African continent.

GRCAM is membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.

(There Is Still Hope For Black America)

What’s currently happening in Black America is offensive to me as a black man and our culture. Today’s black leaders have failed by compromising the health and wellbeing of our children for their own agendas. My goal for sharing my story is to connect with other like minded individuals for the sole purpose of building a team of problem solvers who think outside the box and isn’t afraid of large challenges. In other words, as a critical thinker when I see a problem I come up with solutions and bring people together for the common good. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, street drugs, illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing school system as a result of institutionalized racism.

It’s a shared responsibility to protect our children, reclaim our community in order to save our future leaders. Our children who are trapped in American ghettos are put at a disadvantage because their families don’t have access to quality programs and services how do I know because I came from the inner cities. I care deeply about the future of Black America this is why I wrote my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. I offer a 21st century plan to eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve.

I lowered the price of my book from $25.00 to $15.00 also I am getting my book to become an ebook for $9.99 I am trying to generate enough capital so that I can hire qualified people to assist me in the daily operation of my Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. I am not interested in running for public office instead my focus is on building a positive organization on the Westside and Southside of Chicago in order to uplift the low-income African American community and provide quality programs and services to at risk youth and their families in a safe environment. It’s my hope that through my story I can mobilize my readers who will help spread my book information and gain the boots on the street to reach non-digital working class, middle class, so called underclass blacks and non-blacks throughout the Mid-West.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute, will make our presence known in high crime gang and drug infested neighborhoods by developing an equal partnership with local residents who become members of this organization. We will maintain an aggressive neighborhood protection program aimed at addressing relevant social issues which affects the community negatively such as drug trafficking, urban violence, and criminal behavior. GRCAI will help make our urban communities significant which will enhance the environment and our neighborhood.

We will have both a nonprofit and a for profit in order to improve the lives of at risk youths and their families.

We will fight to keep our youth safe and from going to prison if given chance. I am ready to lead this cause and be released from behind a computer and unleash my plan/vision across the United States and around the world. The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book.

GRCAM/GRCAI is membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community.
