(The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement .101)

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will take the lead in the fight to improve the African American community starting in Chicago. GRCAM empower it’s members to network with one another, promote small business, ministries and give people with special talents and skills an opportunity to share it with my listeners from the podcast community. GRCAM champion a more just, equal, and fair society for everyone. It’s not my goal to keep GRCAM behind a computer but rather gain support to move GRCAM from behind a computer into the city of Chicago and 10 other cities throughout the Mid-West and 10 countries on the African continent.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a global community with one mission that is to gather other ordinary like-minded law abiding citizens who are concerned about improving the living conditions of underserved communities for people of color from American ghettos to the slums of Africa.

Emmanuel Barbee created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in 1991 on a site called Gopher in order to connect with other like-minded individuals who shares his vision to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and from around the globe for his cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.
GRCAM uses a community-based approach to connect with people from around the globe through his free webinars on his online talkshow Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos on Blogtalkradio and Spreaker in order for him to interact with people in his social groups in real time.

I am actively putting my advocating skills to use through my blog postings, my online talkshow, my social groups, my Youtube videos and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon. In my book I provide a 21st century plan on how my Christian organization will help eradicate urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance.

My book is just the beginning what I want to be remembered for is trying to build something positive in the black community instead of complaining about the white man, career politicians, and the government. I am asking everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups to please support me by purchasing my revised book, read my story for yourself, and sharing my book information with your family, friends, place of worship and also at your local community center. This will help speed up the process for me to move GRCAM from behind a PC so that I can do all of the things which I have written.

Once I have my management team in place or generate enough capital from my book sell then I will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. GRCAI will create documentary films, stage plays, and provide a recreation center for local residents on our premises.

What makes GRCAI different from other black organizations is that GRCAI is based on my experience and my book is the foundation of my Christian organization. It’s my hope that GRCAI will become a permanent infrastructure to celebrate Chicago’s Artist who will compete with other cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta and become the Hub throughout the Mid-west for emerging black artists and upcoming black Christian Entrepreneurs.

The goal for my book is as follows:

* For my readers to fully understand my purpose and my vision for the Black Community

* To recruit brave and smart people within the United States who have the talent and skills to help make this organization effective and successful

* To provide a framework for other community activist with similar goals to improve their communities and form a cooperative alliance with us

My ideas will not come to life on it’s own. People are needed to help turn the vision into a reality. People acting as individuals, working together in groups, and leading others. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is committed to advancing the cause. We invite others to join us in reclaiming our urban communities in order to make our community a better place for our future generation.

GRCAM Community Pledge

GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into urban communities that need our talent and skills. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement pledges to support its active members once we are established in the city of Chicago as mention in my revised book. Specifically, we will:

* To advocate for our members and offer quality programs and services to the communities we will serve. Create space where individuals are respected and have a voice in a safe environment.

* Connect with Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean, all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my ideas into action.
