(When Will African Americans Get It Together?)

Black People in America have been marching and protesting for 52 years since the Civil Rights Movement. While NFL players are starting to protest against the bias and injustices in our criminal justice system few blacks are involved in my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos. Urban violence is a moral issue just like American slavery and Lynching. We as black people are divided based on our social class, religion, and politics. Rogue Cops don’t care if you are a black Christian, a black Muslim, your social class, or which political party you are affiliated with because of his racial bias one wrong move you could end up dead.

I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in 1991 on a site called Gopher to help raise awareness about the genocide taking place within our inner cities in America. in order to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my vision to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.

Urban terrorist kill more of our people than Rogue Cops both are wrong but blacks in America focus more on white officers who kill unarmed black men and black women then on both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist. I have been reaching out to African Americans online and in my city going on 26 years and still I don’t have anyone in America on my management team. The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition which is available on Amazon.

In my book I provide a 21st century plan on how my Christian organization will help eradicate urban violence, end poverty, institutionalized racism and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. My book is just the beginning what I want to be remembered for is trying to build something positive in the black community instead of complaining about the white man, career politicians, and the government not investing in our urban communities.

Once I have my management team in place or generate enough capital from my book sell then I will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. GRCAI will create documentary films, stage plays, and provide a recreation center for local residents on our premises. In time we will create our own church and seek official church status. GRCAI will provide quality programs and services to benefit the black community and promote culture retention. I’m trying to use this new technology and social media to help spread my vision among people on my friends list, people in my social groups, and beyond. I am personally inviting everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups to participate in my upcoming event (GRCAM Celebrating 26 Yrs. Online) November 10th 2017 Online Conference
on Facebook Messenger & Skype from 10:00PM to 12:00AM Central Time.

Theme: “Recruiting & Moving My Virtual Christian Organization From Behind A Computer” For those of you who live on different time zones or if the time conflict with your work schedule let me know so that I can hold an earlier time for you and others to participate in this new movement in Black America. I strongly recommend that everyone would register with Skype and send me a friend request my screen name is manwell4mankind.

The Purpose: To support one another conferences/workshops/seminars/webinars for kingdom building. I am called by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to rebuild our inner cities in America similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city.

Likewise, I want qualified people on my team who will help make my Christian business effective and successful. I am seeking between 10 to 30 individuals within the United States who have read my story and have the expertise in the following areas: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. I am also looking for legitimate artists such as film directors, producers, actors, stage managers, fundraisers, technical directors and marketers who can come to Chicago and join my management team. It’s my hope that the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will become a permanent infrastructure for Chicago Artist who will compete with other cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta and become the Hub throughout the Mid-west for emerging black artists and upcoming black Christian Entrepreneurs.

New leadership in Black America is long overdue it takes a team to make a dream work. I have proven my commitment for 25 years. I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in 1991 on a site called Gopher to help raise awareness about the genocide taking place within our inner cities in America in order to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my vision to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago. Urban violence is a moral issue just like American slavery and Lynching. Maga corporations want to control the internet and silencing inspired voices. It’s time to make GRCAM known both throughout cyberspace as digital citizens as well as make our presence known in the Black Community starting in Chicago.

The goal of my social groups is to network and promote people who have small businesses, ministries, and those who want to share their special talents and skills with my listeners from the podcast community until I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell to hire qualified people to join my management team.

In my book I provide a 21st century plan on how my Christian organization will help eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve if given a chance. I am asking everyone on my friends list to please purchase my book and read my story for yourself. If you agree with my plan to improve our inner cities in America then encourage all of your family, friends, places of worship and also at your local community center to read my story too. This will help speed up the process I don’t have another 26 years to waste I have a plan and I’m ready to lead.

We will Promote diversity within the black culture from Progressive African-Americans, African Immigrant community, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean community. We will also build cooperative alliances with all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in putting my ideas into action. My book is just the beginning what I want to be remembered for is trying to build something positive in the black community instead of complaining about the white man, career politicians, and the government. Once I have my management team in place or generate enough capital from my book sell to hire qualified individuals then I will start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute on the Westside of Chicago.

GRCAI will serve the Austin community, Garfield Park community, and the North Lawndale community before we expand to the Southside of Chicago. GRCAI will Promote early childhood development through our school-readiness programs, personal enrichment activities, and family support services. We will utilize a Creative Curriculum to serve the whole child emphasizing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Our teachers will hold either a associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or a master’s degree in the field of early childhood education.

The goal of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is to empower the black family and the black community by providing quality programs and services to both Christians and Non-Christians. While many Christian organizations refer to the equipping of the saints, few Christian organizations go past salvation, much less through the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

GRCAI will be committed to maintaining integrity with genuine transparency of heart, leadership, and purpose. We welcome and embrace all racial groups, cultures, and backgrounds as our fellow citizens in the Kingdom of God. We will assist our members in fulfill their God-given purpose. Our core values are Honor, Service, and Commitment. Everyone needs encouragement, a sense of Comfort, and sense of belonging. What we do and how we do it may not change people’s lives immediately, but it can motivate people to make better choices in accordance to God’s Word.

GRCAI will be membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
