(Who Is Emmanuel Barbee? What Will GRCAI Do For Black America & Africa?)

To answer these questions just read his revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition which is available on Amazon both as a soft cover book and also as a digital book.

In his book Emmanuel provides a 21st century plan on how his Christian organization “GRCAI” the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will help eradicate urban violence in Chicago under-served communities while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve if given a chance. This book is the foundation of his Christian business and will be used to put his ideas into action.

Emmanuel Barbee is the founder and president of “GRCAM” the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. His fight is to help protect inner city families and underserved communities by promoting his cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos through his revised book and his online talkshow. He is an emerging leader with a vision and a plan to help improve the inner cities in America and improve the slums of Africa.

It’s Emmanuel hope that his Christian business would someday become a Fortune 500 company. Through GRCAI Emmanuel plan to connect with other business owners, foundations, and corporations on implementing financial strategies to improve the low income African American community. His business plan combined with his community involvement, will equipped him with extensive knowledge, strategies, and expertise for resolving inner city challenges, while protecting our most vulnerable residents our children.
The basis of my knowledge comes from reading the Bible. In high school I wanted to go to college and major in journalism. I wanted to know enough about the issues to hold elected officials accountable for what they did, or didn’t do, about them. I watch the news to see what people were saying and understand their reasoning, regardless of my own opinions.

It’s a lot easier to judge people than understand them. Anyone can write their opinion about things but what makes journalism special is you have to actually pay attention, vet your facts, receive an earful from your editor and improve your work while reporting the news as a neutral, disinterested, third-party observer. I’m not interested in running for public office but rather starting my own business to help improve the black community and improve the quality of life for inner city residents and their families in the city of Chicago. I’m running my Christian business as a consensus-builder.

My job isn’t to give inspirational speeches but rather use a result oriented approach by listening to our members, writing down their concerns, ideas and questions, follow-up with them, and use my business as a platform for social change within the communities we will serve as mentioned in my book. Doing research, asking questions, listening to members, and reporting our findings to see what works. My platform will consist of three issues: community safety, economic development, and education.

We can make tons of improvement in our inner cities but in order to attract talent we have to create high-paying jobs specifically in Austin, Garfield Park, and North Lawndale. To do that, we need to find a cost-effective way of getting those persons to come to Chicago. That’s why I wrote my story in order to attract other like-minded people in America who have the qualifications I am looking for to connect with me and turn my vision into action.

My management team will work with me in identifying the expenses and implement what we learn from our study in order for me to make GRCAI a vital part of the community. I want to attract the best and brightest teachers to teach our students and to help with our start up businesses in our communities. Since we’re living in the digital age we have the ability to be more competitive in the recruiting process for tech jobs. Adding more businesses brings in more commercial tax revenue, so we’re less dependent on homeowners. With more money, we can fund more of our project initiatives. In other words, by bringing in more businesses, we can expand our commercial tax base which means our local government does not have to rely on home owners for tax revenue, which means we’ll have more money to fund our projects. By focusing on the core issues we can deliver results for residents and improve their quality of life. In GRCAI our residents are valued for who they are, not singled out because of their religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

I am a Christian socialist which is a unique blend of community advocacy and social entrepreneurship. Inspired to bring meaning to my life by promoting my vision beyond cyberspace through my revised book. I advocate for progressive approach to education, public safety, health care and economic development for inner city youth and their families. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will be membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
