Mission

To connect with other liked minded Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean Immigrants within the United States and throughout the African Diaspora. We also aim at connecting with all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me by turning my ideas into action.

To provide a platform for ordinary law-abiding citizens from my friends list and from my social groups who are emerging artists, allied healthcare professionals, church leaders, and upcoming entrepreneurs to promote their products and services to my listeners from the podcast community. Finally, to help expand the Kingdom of God online through inspirational Biblical teaching and through music from Anointed Gospel Artist.

This live one hour no holds-barred talk show focus on promoting grassroots advocacy, business, finance, health, community-based solutions, employment and spirituality which speaks to the interests of our listeners. Broadcasting on multiple social networks throughout the United States and around the globe. This show will provide insight on how our creative abilities can be used to create tangible change in our urban communities. Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is an extension of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. These are not just online groups for me to sell my book but rather groups for us to build our own network so we can support one another.

Once I am able to find qualified people or generate enough capital from my revised book and or from my film then I will move my virtual Christian organization from behind a computer and start (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago as mentioned in my book. We will offer broadcasting, film making, vocational training and community advocacy to local residents. GRCAI focus will be on supporting our youth and strengthening single black families through our outreach ministry Events. We will play a major role in the development of our future leaders through our quality values driven programs and services.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be membership based in order for us to weed out fake blacks and others who don’t care about inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. Half of GRCAI will be a Nonprofit Cooperative, governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information. We will work towards keeping our members healthy, informed, and safe.

(GRCAM Ready To Rebuild In The Black Community But Where Are The Black Builders?)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , on April 25, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

First Star Bucks now Cracker Barrel African Americans have to realize that we still live under institutionalized racism in America. Instead of marching and protesting against these businesses that careless about our feelings and attitudes why these same people who are marching and protesting are not using their skills to work with me and others in creating our own businesses in the black community?

For 26 years I have been running across small minded brothers and sisters who only complain about the white man, the government, Jews owning the media and that black people don’t own anything etc…but when I ask them to work with me in turning my virtual Christian organization into a real business within our inner cities so that we can create a new Black Wall Street they stop communicating with me or remain passive spectators. I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work.

My organization will only work with single black families that want to utilize our programs and services and we will only be responsibility for our members. We will take the lead to help improve our inner cities in America and in time expand to Africa and assist our members while improving the social conditions within the African slums if given a chance.

African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism. This is why I decided to go public with my story as well as make my membership based and private in order for me to weed out small minded people who only want to be seen.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow and now through my revised book which is available on Amazon I provide the link to my author page at the end of this blog.

(GRCAM The Next Phase: Establishing My Legacy While Promoting My Story On Film In Progress)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , on April 23, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

My organization will only work with single black families that want to utilize our programs and services and we will only be responsibility for our members. We will take the lead to help improve our inner cities in America and in time expand to Africa and assist our members while improving the social conditions within the African slums if given a chance.

I will not start my Christian organization until I have my management team in place or until I generate enough capital from my book sell and my future film to hire qualified people to be on my team. My organization will raise the bar in Black America and make our presence known in high crime urban areas starting in the city of Chicago. GRCAM will produce leaders in the community not followers.

Urban violence is a moral issue just like American slavery and lynching.

I am called by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to rebuild our inner cities in America and the slums in Africa similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city. GRCAM is a Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology.

Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35-40. He also commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18-19. We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve.

I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement on November 10th 1991 on a site called Gopher to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America in order for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.

Today GRCAM is on 300 social networks and has grown into a global movement, with thousands of people in my online social groups from around the world. My goal now is to turn GRCAM into a real Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.

It’s my hope that through my story from my book and film I could attract 30 professionals within the United States who have read my story or watch my film and who meet the criteria that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.

I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents after they pass the criminal background checks, I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors. My team will assist me in creating both a Nonprofit Cooperative Organization and a For Profit Service Based Business on the same premises in order to make my organization effective and successful for years to come and gain credibility nationwide and abroad.

I am currently working on producing my future film “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago” a urban Christian film for such a time as this based on my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. I am in the process of taking film making classes in order to learn the ins and out of screen writing and becoming a director so that I can make my short urban Christian film. I am still looking for people who are skilled with cameras, lighting, sound, Musicians and Actors. The length of the film will be 20 minutes and the location of the film will be set in Chicago.

Once I have my film crew in place I will display the short film at film festivals, Youtube and screenings until I am able to gather sponsors to fund the full movie. If interested in auditioning for a role in the film please send me your email address to my Facebook inbox, my Google inbox, my LinkedIn inbox and or my Twitter inbox. I will give preference to those who have my purchase my revised book and who are spreading my book information on their Facebook Page or with their family, friends, places of worship and at their local community center.

GRCAM stand against all forms of violence, misogyny and sexism while viewing Black Women as equal partners. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement aim to create our own system within the dominant culture. My goal is to connect with black middle class professionals who will assist me in turning my vision into a reality so that I can move GRCAM from behind a computer starting in the city of Chicago. Our mission is to work directly with single black families who reside in high crime urban areas that want to utilize our programs and services. We will display an authentic form of Christianity.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a new movement in Black America in the digital age. Our focus is on connecting with other like-minded ordinary law-abiding citizens, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean within the United States and abroad in the convenience of your home until I am able to find or hire qualified people to join my management team. I also welcome all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me and Sister Rena in turning my ideas into action.

We will offer quality programs and services within the low income African American community starting on the Westside of Chicago specifically Austin, Garfield Park and North Lawndale community and eventually expand to the Southside of Chicago as mentioned in my revised book. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities throughout the Midwest. Once I have African Immigrants within the United States in place we will expand my Christian organization to 10 countries in Africa.

Once my organization is established in Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the Black culture. None of my members will ever have to experience such unnecessary humiliation for trying to do something positive in the African American community this is why I decided to go public with my story.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago (GRCAI) will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

1. A social service component
2. A Spiritual component (optional for secular people)
3. A Political component
4. An Entertainment component
5. An Entrepreneur component

GRCAI Mission

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute objective is to become the urban voice through our films, documentaries and books targeting African American audiences and others interested in Christian, informative, inspirational, and family-oriented entertainment. In time GRCAI will unite African businesses to the global market where our members products can be found with the latest trends and services, where our members will be informed, empowered and enlightened!

I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work. GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future.

My organization will take the lead to help improve our inner cities in America and in time improve the social conditions within the African slums if given a chance.

I will not start my organization until I have qualified people on my management team in place. It’s not my fault that I am unable to find qualified people to join my team. We will not be under the Red, Black, and Green flag because that is someone else’s philosophy we will create our own flag. Since established black organizations have refuse to work with me or embrace my plan/vision to improve our inner cities in Chicago for the past 26 years I have decided to make my organization membership base.

We will only assist black families that want to utilize our programs and services. Once my organization is established in Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the Black culture. (GRCAM In Layman’s Terms)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , on April 19, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

GRCAM is a new 21st Century movement in Black America in the digital age. Our objective is to connect with other liked minded ordinary law-abiding citizens, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean within the United States and abroad. I welcome all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me and Sister Rena in turning my ideas into action.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow and now through my revised book available on Amazon I provide the link to my author page below.

My organization will take the lead to help improve our inner cities in America and in time improve the social conditions within the African slums if given a chance. I will not start my organization until I have my management team in place. It’s not my fault that I am unable to find qualified people to join my team.

African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism. It’s my hope that through my story I could recruit 30 professionals within the United States who have read my story and who meet the qualifications that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents. After they pass the criminal background checks I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors.

My team will assist me in creating both a Nonprofit Cooperative Organization and a For Profit Service Based Business on the same premises in order to make my organization effective and successful for years to come. GRCAI will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

1. A social service component

2. A Spiritual component (optional for secular people)

3. A Political component

4. An Entertainment component

5. An Entrepreneur component

I am working on producing my future film “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago” a urban Christian film for such a time as this based on my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be private in order for us to weed out people who don’t care about inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. Half of GRCAI will be a nonprofit cooperative, governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operate for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information. We will work towards keeping our members healthy, informed, and safe.

Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

(Stand Up GRCAM Members Worldwide So That I Can Do My God Given Assignment)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , on April 16, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

I’m not here posting for my health but rather to network with brave and smart people who are concerned about doing positive things in our urban communities in America and abroad. For 26 years I have been running across small minded brothers and sisters who only complain about the white man, the government, Jews owning the media and that blacks don’t own anything etc…but when I ask them to work with me in turning my virtual Christian organization into a real business within our inner cities they stop communicating with me or remain passive spectators.

African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality in the United States for 52 years and still black people continue to chant no justice no peace there is no substance just slogans. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism.

I will make sure those who have been ignoring me that we remain strangers. Once me and Sister Rena start earning money from my book sell and or my future film then everyone will come out of the wood work and want to be apart of this new movement in Black America. The sermon below by Pastor Jamal Bryant, “I Came From Nothing” coincide with this blog post.

I am working on producing my future film “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago” an urban Christian film for such a time as this based on my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition.

If interested in auditioning for a role in the film please send me your email address to my Facebook inbox, my Google inbox, my LinkedIn inbox and or my Twitter inbox. I will give preference to those who have my purchase my revised book and who are spreading my book information on their Facebook Page, with their family, friends, places of worship and at their local community center.

What makes my online talkshow different from other black talkshows is that I focus on people on my friends list and people in my social groups “Real Life Real Talk Series” not all that soundbites you hear from mainstream media. I will continue using my show until I am able to find qualified individuals to join my management team then I will move my virtual Christian organization from behind a computer starting in the city of Chicago. Again it takes a team to make a dream work I am just one black man with a plan and a vision. GRCAM is a new movement in Black America and is drama free our aim is to connect with other liked minded ordinary law-abiding citizens, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean Immigrants within the United States and throughout the African Diaspora.

I welcome all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my ideas into action. My organization will take the lead to help improve our inner cities in America and in time improve the social conditions within the African slums if given a chance. I encourage everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups to read this blog post and share it with your friends. Also click on the links below to gain a better understanding of what this is all about. I am interested in having everyone on my friends list/in my social groups to participate and become a guest speaker on my online talkshow Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.

If you want to be on my show all you have to do is tell me what you would like to discuss and when you want to come on the show. I host my show in order to interact with everyone on my friends list as well as to give business owners, church leaders and people that have special gifts/talents an opportunity to share their information with my listeners worldwide.

If interested I prefer that we do a phone test first to check and see if your phone device is compatible with Facebook messenger as a voice call. If you are unable to connect with me through Facebook messenger then I recommend that you create a Google account and connect with me through Google Plus Hangouts. If you are still unable to connect with me on Google Plus Hangouts then I suggest you create a free Skype account.

If all fails then you have my blessings to promote your business, ministry or share your talents/skills in my social groups until I am able to start my real business and moving my virtual organization from behind a computer.

The best day and times for me are Thursday evenings, Friday evenings, Saturday evenings, and Sunday evenings after 4:00PM Central Time. To learn more just send me your email address to my Facebook inbox, my Google inbox, my LinkedIn inbox or to my Twitter inbox and I will make arrangements with you through email.

It’s my hope that through my story I could attract and recruit 30 professionals within the United States who have read my story and who meet the qualifications that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. My vision beyond Black America. It’s my hope to connect with African Immigrants within the United States that want to work with me in expanding GRCAI in Africa. Those of you who live in Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda to please encourage your family and friends who reside in Canada, Europe and the United States to purchase my revised book and read my story. This will help me speed up the process to recruit brave and smart African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up 10 chapters on the African continent.

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time, we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.
