(Calling Upon All My Christian Friends Worldwide)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 15, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

All of my work online is not in vain the devil is a big liar and the truth is not in him. From my Urban Revival series through my online talkshow Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos to offering my support to all of my group members/people on my friends list. The time has come for me to move my Christian organization GRCAM beyond cyberspace. I am asking all of my Christian friends on my friends list to please purchase my revised book and be in agreement with me that my book will get on the best seller list this year so that I can be in a position to hire qualified individuals to assist me in the daily operation of my Christian organization and do all the things which I have written in Jesus name!

Matthew 18:18-20 (KJV)

18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

The main question I ask my critics is why is there such resistance with my plan to improve Black America? With all of these nonprofits and black churches in the inner cities why is our urban communities continue to experience senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, inadequate healthcare and failing school system? Because many of these black organizations are being funded by the same people who are the perpetrators of institutionalized racism the financial elites.

How can you offer hope to children who are living in an urban war zone? It’s our responsibility as Christians and as black leaders to do what we can to fight for our children who are trapped in American ghettos this is all I’m trying to do. My book is just the beginning, it’s what I am trying to build in our inner cities is what I want to be remembered for I want everyone in America to know my story. I believed that having a good team in place and building the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago is the most powerful way to bring equality to Urban America. It’s my hope that GRCAI will become the Hub throughout the Midwest for emerging black artists and upcoming black entrepreneurs.

Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35-40. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute we will portray an authentic form of Christianity. GRCAI is a Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18-19.

I also encourage like minded Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my vision into a reality to please purchase my book and share my book information with your family, friends, places of worship and at your local community center this will help speed up the process.

Nowadays, it takes quality education to truly achieve equality. Education is crucial. Our objective is to close the achievement gap and prepare low-income students to graduate from high school, trade school and college. Most revolutionary teaching practices are not happening in our inner cities. In GRCAI we will challenge our students and our scholars to think outside the box.

There are too many students in low-income school districts struggling to survive in a negative environment infested by drugs, gangs and guns because they don’t have the same opportunities as students in wealthier neighborhoods. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be committed to representing the communities we serve by building a talented team from many back grounds which reflects the diverse of the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Preparing our students for a multicultural global future.

Our goal is to create an inclusive, safe, and stimulating work environment by attracting, developing, and retaining a collaborative and dynamic team. In time GRCAI will become highly competitive teacher recruitment and preparation program for people of color. GRCAI will focus on building the pipeline for African Americans and Latino/Hispanic educators. We will offer private employment to our students/members based on our budget and our sponsorship. In addition, we will offer live entertainment such as theatre, amateur sports, and a recreational center to help improve the community as a whole.

GRCAI will defy this injustice and celebrate the achievements our students need to succeed in life. I have a kingdom builder mindset No matter how bad I want to start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago, I won’t start it until either I have my management team in place first or until my book makes it on the best sellers list and I generate enough capital from my book sell to hire qualified individuals who will assist me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of my Christian business.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition.

My 21st century plan to eradicate urban violence while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families we will serve. I lowered the price of my book from $25.00 to $15.00 also I am getting my book to become an ebook for $9.99 I am trying to generate enough capital so that I can hire qualified people to assist me in the daily operation of my Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago which is based on my book. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

(GRCAM: Waking Up Black America)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 14, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

Police Code of Silence and the Stop Snitching Movement are both bad for the black community. I remember watching the evening news about the Jon Burge torture allegations which took place in the early 1980s, official investigations have responded to numerous allegations against former Commander Jon Burge, who has been accused of abusing more than two-hundred mostly African-American men from 1972 to 1991 in order to coerce confessions to crimes. Alleged victims claimed that Burge and his crew of detectives had them beaten, suffocated, burned, and electric shocks to their genitals.

In 1993, Burge was fired from the department, and is currently collecting his police pension. In summer 2006, special prosecutors completing a four-year investigation concluded that they had enough evidence to prove crimes against Burge and others, but “regrettably” could not bring charges because the statute of limitations had passed. In January 2008, the City Council approved a $19.8 million settlement with four men who claimed abuse by Burge and his men.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will help try to break Police Code of Silence and the Stop Snitching Movement in order to improve the relationship between local police department and the black community. GRCAM will help educate the community to get our laws on the books known as “Community Rights” which will be compatible with the dominant culture. Our laws would protect our local residents and give the community a voice and those affected by bias in the current system. We will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions in a constructive manner. We will form cooperative alliance beyond the black community so that this organization can be diverse for all people of Chicago and surrounding suburbs of Chicago. GRCAM is about presenting bottom up solutions from the community level.

(Truth Be Told Black America Don’t Want Solutions)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 12, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, inadequate healthcare and failing school system as a result of institutionalized racism. We as black people are divided based on how the financial elites have condition us through social class, religion, and our political affiliation. Our ancestors created the wealth for the United States and our ancestors created Black Wall Street within our community.

Nowadays, our professional black middle class prefer to keep their distance from working with brothers like me who want to do more than just open up a nonprofit store front but re-create Black Wall Street in our inner cities rather than wait on career politicians and or the government to decide to invest in our community.

25 years I’ve been reaching out to middle class black professionals, established black organizations like the Chicago Urban League, the NAACP of Chicago, the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, Ghana National Council of Chicago, Black Lives Matter Movement and the black churches in my former neighborhood. They are all about themselves this have given rise to the Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture.

I am not looking for celebrities to vouch for my character they don’t know me I want my group members and ordinary law-abiding citizens who have read my story and is willing to work with me in turning my plan into a reality. Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35-40. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement we will portray an authentic form of Christianity.

GRCAM is a Christian socialist organization. Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke4:18-19.

I want everyone in America to know my story and I want to connect with other like-minded individuals and build an alliances with Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations. I also want to build cooperative alliances with moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my vision into a reality.

No matter how bad I want to start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago, I won’t start it until either I have my management team in place first or until my book makes it on the best sellers list and I generate enough capital from my book sell to hire qualified individuals who will assist me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of my Christian business.

GRCAM is membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAM is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

(GRCAM Empowering The Black Community & The Black Church)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 10, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will take the lead in Prophetic Resistance. I am looking to connect with other like minded Christians across the United States to work with me and Sister Rena, by praying and voting in order to create a nation that will no longer tolerate violence, systemic injustice and marginalization in our inner cities starting in Chicago. I will be discussing the main structures in our society which promote racial and economic exclusion in order to maintain mega corporations, Private For Profit Prison Industry and their harmful affects it has on families and our communities.

My goal for my online talkshow (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos) is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. We will provide quality program and services to the children and their families we will serve. We will conduct community and family research in order to promote new knowledge that improves the quality of life for black children and their families.

In time we will take the lead to help prevent urban violence in the city of Chicago and 10 other cities in America. My other goal for my talkshow is to connect with other like mined Christians from around the United States and around the globe who is willing to work with me across racial and class status in order to recruit brave and smart individuals to assist me in making GRCAM effective and successful for years to come.

We as Christians are called not so much to enter troubled waters or to be a bridge over troubled waters, but to actually trouble the waters: to disrupt and confront injustice, to resist and tear down dehumanizing structures so that we can create new systems that honor our God-given dignity. We must disrupt those who seek to rob our medical care, especially from the poor. We must disrupt those who would take even food stamps and nutrition assistance from the mouths of children. We are called to trouble the waters so that we can help advance the kingdom of God.

My question to Christians, are you Chaplains of the Empire or Prophets of the Resistance? Remember Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35-40. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement we will portray an authentic form of Christianity. GRCAM is a Christian socialist organization.

Jesus commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke4:18-19.

The mission of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is to spread the love of Jesus Christ to individuals, families and communities through a wholistic approach rooted in our fundamental understanding of human beings as created in the image of God. As well as meet the need of the community we will serve. Those who will join my management team will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve.

I also want to build bridges/alliances with Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations. I will also extend a hand of friendship with moderate Muslims, and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my plan into a reality. It’s my hope that GRCAM will become the Hub in the Midwest for emerging artists and upcoming black entrepreneurs.

Under our non-profit division we will accept donations, corporations and from the general public. Our charitable foundation which will raise money for our homeless and our second chance ex-offenders program based on our budget and sponsorship. GRCAM will confront one of the most challenging battles in our society urban violence, substance abuse, poverty and high unemployment in our inner cities in America.

In contrast, under our for-profit division Business initiative (Bi) will be a partnership of our private employment business opportunities to our members by ensuring fairness, equity and standards of excellence. Bi will work to improve employment opportunities for our future employees, enter into the entertainment industry, manufacturing industry and the advertisement industry will ensure that a skilled workforce is created within the communities we will serve. Through GRCAM, skilled workers through our Christian business will help raise respect back to the African American community and it’s residents.

GRCAM will offer apprenticeship programs to individuals seeking information about careers in the trade industry. Apprenticeship programs have provided employment opportunities to get classroom instruction and on the job PAID internship without the burden of large student loans. Our students will learn and have access to the state of the art technology in the trades and beyond. Our films and stage plays will help fund our apprenticeship programs and services. The community pledge will be a sign of commitment from our members, students, staff and community residents is at the heart of this organization based on what I have written in my book.

My pledge is only to our members and I will work with them and their families for life as long as they remain members. We will provide well-trained employees and proficient skilled workforce for the city of Chicago. After GRCAM is established in 10 cities in America I plan to expand my Christian organization to 10 countries in Africa with the assistance of African Immigrants in America. They will assist me in setting up chapters in 10 countries such as in Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Uganda. GRCAM objective in Africa is to help improve the lives of our African people while at the same time improve the African economy especially for those who reside in arginalized/disadvantaged communities so they to can participate in our programs and services.

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy while educating the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time, we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

GRCAM is also about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to families that want to utilize our programs and services. Our commitment is to strengthen the black family and provide quality programs and services, which will help improve the lives of our members no matter their gender, age, race, or religion. My goal is to move my virtual Christian organization from behind a computer starting in the city of Chicago.

We build affordable apartments, feed children from the streets, train our clients job skills, have a full-time medical clinic we are set up for long term project. GRCAM will expose the genocide which is taking place in our inner cities in America. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, inadequate healthcare and failing school system as a result of institutionalized racism.

Established black organizations such as the black church and black organizations in my city have ignored my plan as a result over 4,000 people in Chicago alone has been killed due to urban violence. We see that all of the protest and marches have not change anything in the criminal justice system if only that same energy was used to work with me in creating GRCAM then we will see a turn around in our community and in our criminal justice system. My vision is confirm based on Joshua 18:3 God is asking the Black Church the exact same question He asked the Israelites; “How long will you wait?”

In my book I offer a 21st century strategy about what my organization will do to help reduce urban violence while improving our inner cities in America starting in Chicago.

GRCAM is membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about our inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. (Just Sharing My Story & My Vision)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 9, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

This article is based in my old neighborhood which I discuss in my book. Growing up in the inner city of Chicago is what inspired me to write and publish my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. In my book I offer a 21st century strategy about what my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will do to help reduce urban violence while improving our inner cities in Chicago and beyond.

African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, inadequate healthcare and failing school system as a result of institutionalized racism. This is why I decided to go the college to further my education and gain credibility. I will not start my Christian organization until I have my management team in place first or until I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell in order to hire qualified individuals who will assist me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of my Christian business.

I am seeking 10 individuals within the United States who have read my story and meet the qualifications I am looking for which is as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, and Philanthropist. They will work with me in setting up and starting my nonprofit and my for profit Christian business the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.

My vision is confirm based on Joshua 18:3 God is asking The Black church the exact same question He asked the Israelites; “How long will you wait?”

My book is just the beginning I want to be remembered for trying to start my business in Chicago it’s not my fault I am unable to find qualified people in my city. I refuse to lower my standards for GRCAM is about raising the standard in Urban America and building cooperative alliances with African people on the African continent. The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book.

(GRCAM Uniting Productive African Americans and Others)

Posted in Community with tags , , on July 7, 2017 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

I understand that most Africans find it difficult that many of you prefer that I focus on Africa first but I am an African American and it was through my people in America which made it possible for your people to travel to America through the Civil Rights Movement. Today, African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, inadequate healthcare and failing school system as a result of institutionalized racism.

GRCAM is not under the Red, Black, Green flag because it’s been hijack by criminals and con artist we will have our own flag. Once GRCAM is established in Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture none of my members will ever have to endure such humiliation for trying to do something positive in the black community.

For 25 years I reached out to established black organizations in my city as well as the black church yet I have no one in my city nor online to join my management team. As a result over 4,000 people in Chicago alone has been killed due to urban violence. This is why I wrote my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition. In my book I offer a 21st century strategy about what my organization will do to help reduce urban violence while improving our inner cities in America starting in Chicago.

They will work with me in setting up and starting my nonprofit and my for profit Christian business known as the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. My book is just the beginning I want to be remembered for trying to start a positive business in the black community. My book is the foundation of my business the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is not a church it’s a Christian business with multiple functions.

As part of GRCAM initiative, we will focus on building cooperative alliances with individuals, law enforcement, legislators, and similar community organizations committed to this work. It’s my hope to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities within 10 states. Through my story I want to build alliances with Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers as well as all Christian denominations, I extend my hand of friendship to moderate Muslims, and Secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my vision into a reality.

My message to my international friends in Africa. I love Africa and all African people I pray for peace, prosperity, and the glory of God upon Africa. I don’t have another 25 years to waste please encourage your family members or friends from your country who reside in the United States, Canada, or Europe to purchase my revised book and read my story. The sooner I begin my organization in America the sooner we can discuss expanding GRCAM on the African continent you have word.

GRCAM objective in Africa is to help improve the lives of our African people while at the same time improve the African economy especially for those who reside in marginalized/disadvantaged communities so they to can participate in our programs and services.
