What Makes the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement The Solution For Black America?

Posted in Community with tags , , , , , on May 24, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

I have something that no black leader in America has and I can prove it if given a chance. Before I give my reasons why GRCAM is the solution for Black America here is a current issue and a perfect example of what I am talking about.

Since 2016, the U.S. national anthem protests has taken place by most professional athletes doing a silent protest against police brutality and racial inequality during the playing of the U.S. national anthem. The demonstrations have generated mixed reactions. Some have called the protests unpatriotic and disrespectful of the U.S. flag, the national anthem, the police, and the military.

The protests began in the National Football League (NFL) after San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick sat and later kneeled during the anthem, before his team’s preseason games in 2016. Throughout the 2016 season, members of various NFL and other sports teams have engaged in similar silent protests. On September 24, 2017, the NFL protests became more widespread when over 200 players sat or kneeled in response to Donald Trump’s calling for owners to fire the protesting players.

Another example is The Black Lives Matter protest. BLM campaign against violence and systemic racism towards black people. BLM regularly holds protests speaking out against police killings of black people, and broader issues such as racial profiling, police brutality, and racial inequality in the United States criminal justice system.

In 2013, the movement began with the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter on Twitter after the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin. Black Lives Matter became nationally recognized for its street demonstrations following the 2014 deaths of two African Americans: Michael Brown, resulting in protests and unrest in Ferguson, and Eric Garner in New York City. Since the Ferguson protests, participants in the movement have demonstrated against the deaths of numerous other African Americans by police actions or while in police custody.

In the summer of 2015, Black Lives Matter activists became involved in the 2016 United States presidential election. The originators of the hashtag and call to action, Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi, expanded their project into a national network of over 30 local chapters between 2014 and 2016.

There have been many reactions to the Black Lives Matter movement. The U.S. population’s perception of Black Lives Matter varies considerably by race. The phrase “All Lives Matter” sprang up as a response to the Black Lives Matter movement, but has been criticized for dismissing or misunderstanding the message of “Black Lives Matter”. Following the shooting of two police officers in Ferguson, the hashtag Blue Lives Matter was created by supporters of the police. Some black civil rights leaders have disagreed with the group’s tactics.

African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality in the United States for 52 years and still black people continue to chant no justice no peace there is no substance just slogans. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism.

In contrast, for 26 years I have been running across small minded brothers and sisters in person and online who only complain about the white man, the government, Jews owning the media and that black people don’t own anything etc…but when I ask them to work with me to create a new Black Wall Street they stop communicating with me or remain passive spectators on my friends list. It’s not my fault that I am unable to find qualified people in my city to join my management team.

This is why I wrote my story (The Solution For Black America) in hopes of attracting 30 black middle class professionals or others within the United States who have read my story and who meet the criteria that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.

I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents after they pass the criminal background checks, I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors. I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my Nonprofit Cooperative. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business.

My organization will be membership based and private. None of my members will never have to experience un-necessary humiliation just for trying to do something positive in the black community. Furthermore, we will not be under the Red, Black, and Green flag we will create a new flag and separate ourselves from harden criminals within the black community.

Our focus is on meeting the social needs of the community we will serve as well as work directly with single black families that want to utilize our programs and services. I call upon minded Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean Immigrants within the United States and throughout the African Diaspora. I also I call upon all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are on my friends list and in my social groups to please share my book information with your family, friends, place of worship and at your local community center.

I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement back in November 1991 on a site called Gopher. I created this virtual organization in order to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, as well as for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in the city of Chicago.

GRCAM is a global network, we will focus on building up our financial institutions and increase our technology. I am encouraging the digital community to step up and work with me in turning my plan into a reality.
Today GRCAM is on 300 social networks and has grown into a global movement, with thousands of people in my online social groups from around the world. My goal now is to turn GRCAM into a real Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. GRCAI will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

1. A social service component

2. A Spiritual component (optional for secular people)

3. A Political component

4. An Entertainment component

5. An Entrepreneur component

GRCAI will promote the Chicago Black Renaissance. The Chicago Black Renaissance was a creative movement from the Black Belt on the South Side of Chicago during the 1930s and 1940s that transform art and culture through the turn of the century. The movement included such famous African-American writers as Richard Wright, Margaret Walker, Gwendolyn Brooks, Arna Bontemps, and Lorraine Hansberry, as well as musicians such as Thomas A. Dorsey, Louis Armstrong, and Earl Hines. During the Great Migration, which brought thousands of African-Americans to Chicago.

This gave rise to African-American writers, artists, and community leaders and a new black consciousness, similar to that of the Harlem Renaissance in New York City. Unlike the Harlem Renaissance, the Chicago Black Renaissance did not receive the same amount of publicity on a national setting. This was due to lack of wealthy patrons investing in the movement.

Once I am able to generate enough capital from my book sell and or from my film then I will hire qualified people to assist me with the daily operation of my Christian organization. I plan on expanding GRCAI to ten cities throughout the Midwest and part of the south. I also plan on hiring African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up 10 chapters in 10 countries in Africa. Those countries are Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda.

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time we will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

Half of GRCAI will be a Nonprofit Cooperative, governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services.

Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information. We will work towards keeping our members healthy, informed, and safe.

Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon I provide the link below.

My book is the foundation of my organization and we will carry out everything which I have written to the fullest. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

(GRCAM Promoting A Sense of Togetherness Among Like Minded Black People)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , , on May 23, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

For 26 years I have been running across small minded brothers and sisters in person and online who only complain about the white man, the government, Jews owning the media and that black people don’t own anything etc…but when I ask them to work with me to create a new Black Wall Street they stop communicating with me or remain passive spectators on my friends list. Once Sister Rena and I begin making money then everyone will come out of the woodwork but I will have protocol in place. Once God blesses me to start my business I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture so help me God.

Dear Cyber friends & associates I encourage every member to please if you can purchase my revised book and read my story as it pertains to the vision God has called me to do to help improve the inner cities in America and the slums in Africa if given a chance.

I am not posting these blogs for my health I am trying to connect with other like-minded individuals who are concerned about improving our inner cities in America and who is not afraid to work with me and Sister Rena in the city of Chicago.

26 years established black organizations in my city has been a thorn in my flesh that is why I wrote my story (The Solution For Black America) and also why I am starting a new movement in Black America called the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.

Since established black organizations in the city of Chicago have allowed me to endure un-necessary humiliation and reject just for trying to do something positive in the black community my organization will be membership based and private. Ignorance is a choice in the information age.

The Lord has given me a positive vision which will help improve the African economy as well as job opportunities to those of you who will join GRCAI of Africa. Please encourage your family and friends who reside in Canada, Europe and the United States to purchase my revised book and read my story. This will help me speed up the process to recruit brave and smart African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up 10 chapters on the African continent.

It takes a team to make a dream work.

(GRCAM The Urban Voice: T.I. Speaking Truth To Power)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , , on May 20, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

26 years established black organizations in my city has been a thorn in my flesh that is why I wrote my story The Solution For Black America and also why I am starting a new movement in Black America called the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Since established black organizations in the city of Chicago have allowed me to endure un-necessary humiliation and reject just for trying to do something positive in the black community my organization will be membership based and private. Ignorance is a choice in the information age.

This is a nationwide phenomenon in our urban communities in America. It’s the reverse forced migration tactic in the 21st Century known as urban gentrification which is the process of renovating and improving a housing district for the convenience of upper white middle-class families.

The financial elites is trying to turn Atlanta into the next Detroit for working class black people. Remember, Detroit was once the black music and entertainment Mecca. A lot of black families were doing pretty well they had factory jobs; it was once one of the most sought after cities for black people who wanted to make it. This video was posted with the fake title probably because it’s a known fact that most Negroes online are looking for silly meaningless topics on YouTube.

This video below coincide with what I wrote in my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon I provide the link below.

(GRCAM Ready Stand Up Black America Stand Up Africa)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , , on May 20, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

Here’s one of my group members from my international friends group called E.Bloc Pastor Michael Afrane from Ghana second appearance on the show. His sermon is entitled Office of The Prophet.

I have been running across small minded brothers and sisters who only complain about the white man, the government, Jews owning the media and that black people don’t own anything etc…but when I ask them to work with me in turning my virtual Christian organization into a real business within our inner cities so that we can create a new Black Wall Street they stop communicating with me or remain passive spectators. I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work.

Our History

GRCAM is a new movement in Black America in the digital age. I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement back in November 1991 on a site called Gopher. I created this virtual organization in order to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, as well as for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in the city of Chicago and throughout the African Diaspora.

Today GRCAM is on 300 social networks and has grown into a global movement, with thousands of people in my online social groups from around the world. My goal now is to turn GRCAM into a real Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. GRCAI will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

1. A social service component

2. A Spiritual component (optional for secular people)

3. A Political component

4. An Entertainment component

5. An Entrepreneur component

GRCAM is a Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology.

Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35–40. He also commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18–19. We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve.

It’s my hope that through my story from my book or film I could attract 30 black middle class professionals within the United States who have read my story or watch my film and who meet the criteria that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.

You don’t have to wait until my book is on the best sellers list come forth. All I ask is that you read my story first so that I don’t have to keep re-explaining myself this will save us time in order for us to focus on specific task.

Once I am able to find qualified people to join my management team or once I generate enough capital from my book sell and my future film then I will hire qualified people to assist me with the daily operation of my Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.

26 years of rejection by established black organizations in my city has been a thorn in my flesh that is why I am reaching out to others to work with me in starting this new movement in Black America. I call upon minded Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean Immigrants within the United States and throughout the African Diaspora to please support me by purchasing my revised book and reading my story if you agree make yourself known to me.

I call upon all Christian denominations, Millennials, Non-black sympathizers, moderate Muslims and secular people who are on my friends list and in my social groups to please share my book information with your family, friends, place of worship and at your local community center this will help speed up the process.

Once I am established in America I plan on hiring African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up chapters in Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda.

I want to connect with those who want more out of life and want to be apart of this new movement. The Lord has given me a positive vision which will help improve the African economy as well as job opportunities to those of you who will join GRCAM. Please encourage your family and friends who reside in Canada, Europe and the United States to purchase my revised book and read my story. This will help me speed up the process to recruit brave and smart African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up 10 chapters on the African continent.

We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients/members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time we will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.

This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

(GRCAM Mourns The Innocent Lives Loss In The Texas Massacre School Shooting)

Posted in Community with tags , , , , , on May 19, 2018 by Mr. Emmanuel Barbee

Heavenly father, be with the victim’s families and heal their broken hearts as they prepare to bury their loved ones as a result of senseless violence. Please God allow the vision you have given me connect with the American people in Jesus name. Heal our countrymen from all of this hatred and racism in Jesus name. Although the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement primary focus is on eradicating urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism and police brutality within the inner cities of Chicago we stand against all forms of violence, Bigotry, Racism, Sexism, Misogyny and Xenophobia.

Once I have my management team in place we will focus on creating our own independent political party at the local level because our current politicians are in the pockets of the NRA. Both Democrat/Republican party was established during slavery times and does not represent a true democracy because the financial elites created both political parties and the electoral college as an illusion to make Americans believe they have a choice in selecting their political leaders. According to the Greek philosopher “A democracy exists whenever those, who are free and poor are in sovereign control of the government, an oligarchy is when control lies in the hands of the rich and born.”

GRCAM stand with organizations like Our Lives Matter and Black Lives Matter. From a spiritual perspective these types of killings is exactly what the devil likes which is for us to destroy God’s creation. It’s time for real Christians in America to step up and take the lead in getting involved with politics so that we can pass common sense gun laws to protect our citizens in the public. I call upon my non-black friends and associates to support me by purchasing my revised and read my plan for yourself. If you agree then please come forth and work with me and Sister Rena so that we can move GRCAM from behind a computer.

Once I generate enough capital from my book sell then I can begin hiring qualified people to assist me with the daily operation of my Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago.
