I am not trying to hide  behind a computer it’s not my fault I am unable to find anyone in my city to join my team. It’s not God’s fault that people in my city refuse to join my cause (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos) people have free will.  Since I lack the manpower and the capital to start my  private for profit service based business GRCAM I decided to write my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition in order to mobilize my online supporters from around the world to help me spread my book information. In the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement I declare war against “The Willie Lynch Mentality” within my racial group. Those who disagree with my plan/vision to improve Urban America will have no place in my organization or in my life.  This organization is for those who want more out of life. I seek reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who agree with my plan for those persons to step forth and work with me directly in getting this organization up and running in Chicago this year in Jesus name!
My organization will serve the Austin community, Garfield Park community, and North Lawndale community on the Westside of Chicago. Once we’re established on the Westside we will expand to the Southside of Chicago to unite our community and our people. Once we are established in Chicago we will expand to 25 other cities within 25 states as mentioned in my book to these states as follows:
Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin.  Once we’re established in 25 states we will expand abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services.  My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. Founder and President of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. For twenty two years my plan/vision to improve Urban America has been ignored by established black organizations in my city as well as by the black church. Since 2001 over 4,000 people has been killed in Chicago due to urban violence. I lack the manpower and the capital to start my organization GRCAM. In 1991, I turned to the internet to start my virtual organization GRCAM. In 2012, I wrote my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. I wrote this book for three reasons, One reason is to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America.

Another reason why I wrote my book is, to promote my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. GRCAM will be a private for profit service based business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our focus will be to bring goods and services to the low income African American communities and working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. Our agenda is to end gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance.

Finally, I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money to offer incentives to thirty talented people within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do, for those individuals to contact me and speak with me. I want those persons to come to Chicago and work with me directly in helping me start my organization. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. Once we’re established in 25 states I plans on expanding my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands and assist people who want and need our services.

I created social groups so that my supporters can be connected with me and with one another from around the globe. Those of you who have been working with me behind the scene and is a member of my social groups I will openly reward you by giving you a chance to come to Chicago as soon as I have my team in place (thirty people) and once we find a place of business in Chicago you are welcome to meet and greet our clients and members in person so that you can promote your business/ministry for three months free of charge.

(Hood Liberator: Do I Really Need Caesar? – A New Vision For Black America In 2014)

I came across two religious women with spiritual titles a Pastor and a Reverend who suggested to me that in order for me to start my business/organization I would need a business loan/Caesar’s money. I replied to them that on Facebook and Google Plus alone I have 7,000 plus people if they would all just work with me by purchasing my book and sharing my book information with their family, friends, places of worship, and at their local community center then I could start my business next week without having to apply for a business loan. But our people prefer to sit back and complain about “the white man” not investing in our urban communities.

For twenty two years my plan/vision to improve Urban America has been ignored by established black organizations in my city. Since 2001 over 4,000 people has been killed in Chicago due to urban violence. In 1991, I turned to the internet to start my virtual organization GRCAM. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college grants/scholarships, nonprofit grants, housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. I am on 300 social networks, and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide. But out of 125,000 people whom, I correspond with online only three people are working with me directly on my advisory board this is unacceptable Black America! Our school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be a private school for Arts and Entertainment. We will start off with six basic classes ranging from Film Making, Performing Arts, Entrepreneurship Training, Journalism, Book Writing Workshop, and Financial Literacy. We will include internship for our students. Our long term goal is to offer a music workshop with an onsite music studio and tutorial service which will include an after school program, adult education program, and a recreational center for our students and for the community we will serve.

For GRCAM is more than just a new movement in Black America it’s also a new system. Caesar imposed his system in the world according to Luke 2:1 And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.

I am a Christian Socialist. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. (KKK On The Rise While GRCAM Is Still Ignored After 22 Years By Black America)

It’s ironic that the KKK after 1865 still continue to exist in America getting support from their community and the like while I continue to struggle to get reasonable brothers, sisters, and others (thirty people to be exact) to come forth and work with me directly in getting GRCAM up and running instead of complaining about “the white man” and slavery. My organization is aimed at ending urban violence starting in Chicago and eventually in 25 other cities within 25 states. I provided a road map on how my organization will go about doing this in my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition.

I submitted ten pages from my book to the Black Ensemble Theater I hope and pray that they would accept my script in order to turn my book into a play. I turned to the internet back in 19991 due to the fact I was unable to find support for my cause from established black organizations in my city nor did I get any support for my cause from the black churches in my former community. I started a nonprofit back in 2005 but had to dismantle it due to the fact that I was being discriminated against not by white people but by our own people “black capitalist” who refuse to allow me rental space in my former community.

In 2012, I published my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. I decided to turn my focus on creating a private for profit service based business in order to generate the capital I need to do all of the things I have written about in my book. But that good old Willie Lynch Mentality among our people is prevention me to move forth. Show and prove I am currently on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide and yet only three people are actually working with me on my advisory board. I hold free online conferences to engage those on my friends list less than 200 people participate. I try to engage those on my friends list with spiritual titles such as Apostles, Bishops, Elders, Evangelist, Ministers, Pastors, Prophets/Prophetess, and reverends to invite me to speak at your churches and for them to also read my story. Don’t wait until I am dead to embrace my vision that my creator has given me to share with society work with me now in turning my vision into a reality. Anyone who disagree with my vision to improve Urban America will have no place in my organization or in my life. (Media Bias Sexual Abuse In The Church vs. Emmanuel Barbee)

I am not saying that sexual abuse in the church should not be told but where is the news reporters when it comes to telling positive stories like my cause (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos). Nowadays the church is trying to a please and not offend anyone in order to gain more members and as a result homosexuality is getting more support in the church and that is why our children are being at risk. Why the faith community is not supporting my cause? The black churches in my former and present community will not allow me to distribute my book fliers after church, they won’t allow me to share my vision in the church.

Since 2001 over four thousand people has been killed in my city alone multiply that times all of our inner cities in America. For twenty two years I have tried to get others in my city to work with me they gave all kinds of weak excuses why they can’t work with me. The biggest excuse people have told me is that there is no investment in our urban community because of “the white man” won’t invest. I tell them to work with me so that together we can create legitimate jobs in our community for our youth through my organization. Through our media department we will create films, music, and live plays to help generate capital so that I can do all of the things that I have been talking about to the fullest. Yet to this day I still don’t have anyone in my city working with me to turn my vision into a reality this is why I wrote my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition.

I have something to offer that no organization has in America the answer to end urban violence: gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. My biggest obstacle is to find thirty people within the state of Illinois who have read my book and agree with my vision for those persons to step forward and work with me directly. I seek those who are brave enough and smart enough to be on my team make yourself known to me I provided my business email in my book. I am asking everyone on my Facebook friends list who are interested in my cause to send me your email address to my inbox so that I can upload my flier and send it as an attachment to your email so that you can help me speed up the process to get my message out to the general public. Those of you who are not interested in my cause all I want you to do is send me a message to my inbox and tell me your not interested I will delete you from my friends list and we can remain strangers for life. I refuse to kiss up, lick up, or bow down to another who is already established for that person or persons will die just like me I stand on all of the principles my creator has given me and no man nor woman on earth will change the vision my creator has given me to do. The only reason why it’s taken me so long to get my organization started is because I lack the manpower and the capital to get it started.

Again this is why I wrote my book to bypass closed minded and small minded individuals and those who are passive spectators on my friends list who just want to be seen. Those who disagree with my vision to improve our inner cities will have no place in my organization or in my life. I am only responsible for those under my leadership and those who are working with me directly. I will give everyone on my friends list who are active in my social groups to come to Chicago and promote their business/ministry to our clients and members once my team (thirty people) and I find a place of business. I will also give them a chance to be in our upcoming plays, films, or to participate in our talent shows, and fund raising parties at local events just as long as they are keeping the lines of communication open with me and if they can prove that they have purchased my book.

I want to make this a meaningful experience I run across so many fake people online. I am an authentic urban author and upcoming social entrepreneur. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. But everyone must agree with all of the principles in my book no exceptions.
